The Celebrations Continue!

So today has been an interesting week. So far I've gotten a present everyday this week. Tuesday night I went to the movies with Mark and Ben and Ben decided to bring me a gift. I was so surprised since I saw him on Sunday night and he hadn't given me anything then. So I had a good time hanging out with the guys.
Today I went out to get my nails done with Nicola. Now they are a pretty blue. After that I met up with Deanna at Jack Astors and she took me out for dinner. She hands me a bag with pretty pink paper coming out of it. So very obviously the waiter asks if it's my birthday (even though technically it was a few days ago and we were only celebrating it today). So after we're done out dinner the waiter comes over with the other waiters and a piece of chocolate cake type stuff that had a sparkler sticking out of it and then they all sang me happy birthday. So it was nice. I like this whole celebrating my birthday for a week thing. It really boosts my self-esteem. Especially with the nice card that Deanna wrote for me. Sometimes you don't realize just how much of an impact that you have on people.

this blog is but a glimpse into my life. you don't know a damn thing about what i've been through or how much i've suffered. i've had times where i've been crying because i've been so hurt by things and still i've said praise God for what He is doing through this and that I still love Him even though I don't understand what's going on. so if you think i'm only interested in the material things God has given me then you have completely misjudged me because there is a lot that i don't post on this blog because i'm not ready to share it yet.
