Halifax Update: Churches

It has been a great week here in Halifax. We have been quite busy. Yesterday we went out in the community to find out what the different opinions are about Halifax. We found out that many of the churches don't have very high attendance and are having difficulty paying their bills.

Today we all slipt off to attend the various churches of Halifax. I was in a group of 4 that attended a presbyterian church. The doctrine seemed to have some questionable areas in it. The sermon was followed with a plea to the church community to support the church financially since they were not certain that they would have the finances in order to pass the summer.

It is very difficult to see the Christian community in such distress. Please pray for the church community of Halifax and that God would bring revival to this city.
