Highlights from my trip so far!

Okay...so I've only been in Poland for about a day...but why not?

I was blessed to have a window seat on both flights over. So I was staring out the window a good amount of the time for the flight over the sea. I got to see all the lights from Toronto and Canadian cities because well, that's pretty much all you see at night. Oh, I also saw lights from across lake Ontario. It was neat. So I couldn't see anything out the window for a lot of the flight because well...there just isn't much to see when you're over the ocean and it's night time. Plus being above that layer of clouds that covers everything makes it so there isn't that much to see. However, I do still enjoy staring at clouds. Come on, how often do you see them that close and from the other side? There were some neat mountatins and some lakes and farms and stuff.

I remember having something more interesting/funny to say, but I can't remember what it was...so I'm just going to ramble on.

We got to Poland and said bye to my brother's friends (who just happened to be on the same flight as us, odd I think). Then we wandered around the airport and found where we were supposed to go for our connecting flight. My seat was 6C so I was thinking, smaller plane, I'll probably be towards the front with the window seat on the right side. Eventually we got in the airport bus and it took us over to the plane. So I'm thinking, wow, there's like 13 people in here. I wonder how big our plane is going to be. So we stop in front of the plane and this is definetly the smallest plane I've ever been in. And where was 6C? The window seat in the last row! So I spent the plane ride staring out the window thinking, "Can I still see cars from this high up?" And yes, yes I can see those little tiny specks moving slowly down the road.

A short ride over to my Aunt and Uncles and some dinner and off to bed at 7pm local time...woke up a few times in the night. Got out of bed a bit after noon...and I'm still kind of tired. What can I say? You need sleep after travelling for that long. Soon we'll be heading off to visit some family and hopefully I can get some work done on finishing that essay that I brought with me.
