Life in Poland

So I've been trying to adjust to the different culture, food, pace of life and everything here in Poland. I think the thing that I'm having the most trouble with is the fact that my grandma's house doesn't have any heat! So it's pretty cold at night. Good thing is she has something that makes the beds warm so at least it's not too cold. So now when my mom complains about how she had it harder when she was little I will at least in part be able to understand that she is right!

Haven't had a shower in days...because well, who wants to take a bath in freezing cold water? Oh ya, that's another thing. No showers. Just baths. So slightly smelly, but not too bad since I'm too cold to produce any sweat. Sure can't wait till I get back to that nice and warm Canadian shower. :)
