20 somethingish University Student

At some point we come to a day where we realize that we are no longer teenagers and no longer in highschool. For me that day has come. Though I imagine I'll still have moments from time to time of highschool teenageness I know those days are behind me. It's kind of strange to realize that a significant period (5 years) of your life is behind you. I just don't feel like I'm in high school anymore. I guess that's a weird thing to say since I graduated over 3 years ago, but I'm realizing how much my life has changed since then. I no longer have a cafe, but a common room. No longer a school down the road, but across town. No longer familar streets, but a common road. No longer a plaza, but a Student Centre and "mini-mall." I guess I just never realized how much my surroundings, the vocabulary and the life style have all changed. But I'm happy where I am.
