My Yellow Landyard
Grace and Peace in the Lord Jesus Christ,
So I have this yellow landyard that I got for free from the Youth Conference. It's really a plain sort of thing. It's bright yellow and says FreshWind on it. I keep my work key on it and my staff badge as well. Now this kind of thing would seem like the most ordinary thing you can think of, but to me it's more than that. It's a reminder of who my family is. All my friends at church have gotten one, but not necessarily yellow. What is special about the yellow ones is that it reminds me of my closer family. The person that I work with most (Beck) also has a yellow landyard and we're fairly close. Not as close as I am to a couple other people, but closer than I've let most people. My yellow landyard...a reminder of family.
